Deepen Your Knowledge
When we study Buddhism we are studying ourselves – learning about the nature of our own minds. The focus is not on something paramount; it is on simple & everyday things like how to live our lives and how to manage daily challenges so that the mind remains calm and healthy. Having said that, the emphasis is on experiential knowledge-wisdom, not dogmatic views. Adapted in Western terminology one could say that Buddhism is not a religion, but rather a practical philosophy, science or psychology.
